For 30 years Poway Girls Softball League has utilized Midland Elementary School as their home fields.
The girls and the league have out grown this facility, and in the summer of 2004 this facilty will be lost due to reconstruction of the school.
The league has located a site just two blocks from Midland Elementary School that is ideal for ball fields.
The goal is to build a park that contains 4 regulation size softball diamonds set in a neighborhood park.
