Please note that a copy of the birth certificate must accompany all player applications.

Registrations by mail are always accepted, and walk in registrations will be accepted on:

• Tuesday December 12th from 6 to 9 PM at Old Poway Park
• Saturday December 13th from 10 AM to 12 PM at Midland Field
• Tuesday, January 6th from 7 to 9 PM at the Community Center

A late fee will be applied to all registrations received after January 3th, 2004, so register early!
